What is Hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy meditation uses guided relaxation to achieve a receptive and heightened state of awareness.


Attention can be focused while in this state so that anything going on in or around the person (such as mental chatter or outside noises) temporarily subsides. In this state, a person may focus on specific thoughts and more easily receive beneficial suggestions.
