My energy healing journey began 15 years ago, after a dear friend was diagnosed with a terminal illness.

I began looking for natural ways to help relieve my friend's anxiety and pain ~since it was her wish to live as fully and coherently as possible during her remaining months.

After enrolling in an energy work program at Twin Lakes College of Healing Arts, in Santa Cruz, California ~I was immediately struck by the results of this healing modality...the relief it provided physically, emotionally, and spiritually was genuinely amazing.

I continued as a student for two years, studying Polarity Therapy and receiving a Reiki III certification.

Over the years, I've had the opportunity to work with hundreds of clients, and each day I continue learn and grow in my understanding of the energetic body.
