My journey into energy work began 15 years ago, after a dear friend was diagnosed with a terminal illness.

I began looking for natural ways to help relieve my friend's anxiety and pain ~since it was her wish to live as fully and coherently as possible during her remaining months.

​

On a whim, I decided to enroll in an energy work program at Twin Lakes College of Healing Arts, in Santa Cruz, California ~and was immediately struck by the results of this healing modality...the relief it provided physically, emotionally, and spiritually was genuinely amazing.

​

I continued as a student for two years, studying Polarity Therapy and receiving a Reiki III certification.

​

Over a decade later, I've had the opportunity to work with hundreds of clients, and each day I continue learn and grow in my understanding of the energetic body.
